Your First Visit
to TUKSDA

Visiting a new church for the first time can feel intimidating — especially if you are a student or new to Nairobi. At TUKSDA, we welcome everyone with open arms. Our goal is to make every visitor feel comfortable, spiritually uplifted, and part of a vibrant community.

Every Saturday

11:00 AM Divine Service

Inspirational worship, congregational singing, sermon, and offering. Engaging, reverent, and typically about two hours.

What to Expect

Everything You Need
to Know

A Warm Welcome

From the moment you arrive, friendly ushers and members greet you with a smile. Whether you are a student, staff, or visitor from outside the city, TUKSDA is committed to an atmosphere where everyone feels at home.

The Worship Experience

Expect lively congregational singing, meaningful prayers, and preaching that speaks to daily life. TUKSDA combines traditional Adventist worship with student-focused energy — spiritually nourishing and deeply relatable.

Children & Youth

TUKSDA cares for the whole family. Children and teenagers have age-appropriate programmes where they learn Bible stories, join activities, and build lasting friendships — so parents can fully engage in worship.

Participation & Etiquette

No prior experience needed — just come with an open heart.

  • Dress comfortably and modestly
  • Bring a Bible or notebook for notes
  • Feel free to sing, pray, and engage

Fellowship After Service

After worship, visitors are invited to fellowship over refreshments, meet ministry leaders, and explore small group opportunities — the perfect way to build connections and get involved.

Plan Your Visit

We meet every Saturday at the Technical University of Kenya, Haile Selassie Avenue — SDA Tent & Lecture Theatre. Sabbath School at 9:00 AM, Divine Service at 11:00 AM.
